Key Accountabilities:

Warehouse Operations

· Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and storage activities.

· Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

· Monitor order fulfillment to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

· Ensure warehouse operations comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Inventory Management

· Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

· Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

· Monitor stock movements and update Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.

· Support monthly and annual stock take activities.

Operational Coordination

· Coordinate with transportation, customer service, procurement, and customers regarding shipment schedules.

· Prepare operational reports and daily warehouse performance updates.

· Monitor warehouse productivity and recommend process improvements.

· Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Support

· Supervise warehouse associates during daily operations when required.

· Provide coaching and on-the-job guidance to warehouse staff.

· Ensure adequate manpower allocation based on operational requirements.

Health, Safety & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse regulations.

· Maintain good housekeeping practices (5S).

· Report operational issues, incidents, and safety concerns promptly.

· Ensure compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

· Minimum 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a 3PL or contract logistics environment.

· Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

· Exposure to inventory control and cycle counting.

· Experience in customer-focused logistics operations is an advantage.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
