Job description

Responsibilities:

• Produces production schedules for product lines, initiates work orders, and establishes priorities for specific customer orders.
• Responsible for material planning,
• Responsible for Delivery planning & logistic matters
• Revise schedule daily according to work order specifications, established priorities, and availability or capability of labor, parts, materials, machines, and equipment.
• Understand manufacturing capabilities and capacities with production.
• Responsible for product work orders, cradle to grave.
• Understand system planning parameters per established processes. (Scheduling parameters defined within the ERP system.)
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Works with other planners/ process owners on issues in Material Control and ERP Systems
• Monitors system planning parameters per established processes, including recommending improvements for process enhancement. (Scheduling parameters defined within the ERP system.)
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Reports measurements of production performance.
• Develop MPS, MRP and Forecast plans for production.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing field. Added advantage experience working in sheet metal and steel structure manufacturing which provide metal fabrication.
• Committed, dependable, meticulous and ability to learn quickly.
• Good in information management & 5S
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must literate in Microsoft Excel.
• Applicants with Mandarin speaking and writing are added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
