• Developing and implementing SOP and Workflow for incoming and outgoing quality inspection.
• Communicating with production and warehouse team members for internal quality issues and providing corrective and preventive solutions.
• Developing, implementing, and controlling product quality tests at various stages, analyzing and inspecting the incoming products, verifying pre-shipment samples before delivery, and providing reports documenting product issues.
• To lead, train, and monitor the chemist and the quality team members on all inspection processes, personnel performance, and individual KPIs.
• Monitor and control the lab equipment/facilities & tools/accessories that are used in the Lab, including updating the calibration record. Planning the preventive maintenance or calibration schedule, ensuring the accuracy of test results and optimizing the testing performance.
• Role as the PIC for the company’s QA QC documentation control in compliance with ISO9001.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
