Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
• Lead cross functional teams to drive project completion and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of operations.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and methodologies, including AI and large scale systems, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to foster beneficial relationships, and guide the preparation of reports and proposals to inform decision making.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff to build a high performing team.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Associate degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by substantial relevant industry experience.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years in software development and technical architecture, including senior leadership roles.
• Technical / Specialist Skills: Proven expertise in AI and large language model product architecture, high concurrency systems, Java and microservices, and large scale data engineering.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams of 50 or more across multiple concurrent projects.
• Language Requirements: Working level English proficiency sufficient to communicate with overseas teams and partners.
• Other Requirements: Track record of taking AI and technology products from architecture through to commercial deployment under reliability and compliance demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
