We're looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and execute impactful marketing campaigns. If you're passionate about marketing, content creation, and driving business growth, we'd love to have you on our team!

Your Role:

Marketing Campaign Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Manage and update the company's social media platforms and digital channels
• Create engaging marketing content, including captions, visuals, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and vendors for marketing assets

Brand Development

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Marketing Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance, social media insights, and marketing metrics
• Prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, and Management teams to support business objectives
• Coordinate marketing events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing ideas

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
