AI Lead Manager – AI Content, Viral Growth & AI App Testing

We are looking for an exceptional AI Lead Manager who lives and breathes artificial intelligence, viral content creation, and social media growth.

This is not a traditional marketing position. We want someone who experiments every day, builds with AI, tests AI systems, and understands how to make content spread organically.

Your Responsibilities

• Create high-performing, viral short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and other platforms.
• Build and optimize AI-powered content production workflows.
• Test and improve our proprietary AI applications and provide structured feedback to our development team.
• Work closely with our AI developers to improve user experience, automation, prompts, and workflows.
• Develop and execute AI-driven social media strategies.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple channels.
• Research and implement the newest AI tools before competitors.
• Produce engaging business content that generates leads and attracts new customers and partners.
• Analyze content performance and continuously optimize for higher engagement and conversion.
• Help shape the future of our unique AI Lead platform.

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who:

• Is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and uses AI every day.
• Has outstanding content creation skills.
• Understands what makes videos go viral.
• Knows how to leverage AI tools to dramatically increase productivity.
• Has experience with prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Is highly analytical and enjoys testing software and improving products.
• Thinks like an entrepreneur and loves experimenting.
• Is creative, fast, organized, and highly self-motivated.
• Stays ahead of the latest AI developments and social media trends.
• Has excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, German, or Vietnamese are a strong advantage.
