POSITION : JUNIOR SITE QS (PROJECT BASED)

Responsibilities:

• To assist QS/ Senior Site QS in sourcing and calling for sub-contract quotations for comparison purpose.
• To do quantities take-off from time to time for materials ordering and for counter-checking sub-contractor’s claims.
• To assist QS/Senior QS in preparation of monthly progress claims.
• To assist QS/Senior QS in preparation of V.O.
• To assist QS/Senior QS in evaluating and preparation of sub-contractors interim payment certificates and final accounts.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements:

· Recognized Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent;
· At least 3 years’ experience in QS works.

· Experience in high rise building projects is an advantage.
· Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word and MS

PowerPoint;
· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required;
· The candidate should possess good leadership attributes and be energetic;
· Being self-motivated, analytical, resourceful and having strong integrity are important qualities; and
· A good working attitude and willingness to travel are expected.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
