FERTILITY CLINIC COORDINATOR

(RASAH PRIMA, SEREMBAN Vacancy)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to converse FLUENTLY in ENGLISH, BM.

2. MANDARIN and other dialects will be an added advantage. Please highlight in your resume.

3. Must possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Biological Sciences, MLS or equivalent.

4. No experience is required. Training will be provided. (Must be able to arrange accommodation in Klang and/or Puchong, Selangor for basic training, duration approximately 1-2 months depending on competency)

5. PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

6. Have own transport (car, motorcycle) once you start working.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To provide high standards of patient-centered care and explanations of available services, infertility treatment/s (IUI, IVF etc) to patients and potential patients (answer enquiries).

2. To liaise with a multi-disciplinary team comprising of doctors and nurses and ensure effective inter & intra department communication on matters related to patient care, service delivery.

3. To perform maintenance of patient's record and relevant documentation.

4. To assist doctors in explaining ART procedures and cost structure to patients, monitoring of ovarian stimulation and luteal phase supports given to patients.

5. To monitor IVF payment collection.

6. To perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Coordinator from time to time.

7. To assist with day to day operations of the Clinic / Centre when necessary (eg Receptionist, Assisting Dr etc)

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
