Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform any other finance or accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply if applicable).
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and SST is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
