Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage statutory payments (PCB, EPF, SOCSO) and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Generate reports related to HR data and statutory contributions using SQL Server ,ipayroll or HR systems.
- Ensure the effective use of SQL Server,ipayroll systems to track employee records, benefits, and payroll data.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and deductions.
- Assist with general HR duties such as recruitment, training, and policy enforcement.
- Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and other HR functions as needed.
- Provide support to employees on HR policies and benefits.
- Coordinate and administer training and development programs.
- Handle foreign worker matters, including work permit renewals, immigration applications, passport updates, FOMEMA, levy payments, PLKS renewals, and liaison with the Immigration Department and related authorities.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other Malaysian labour laws.
- Liaise with government agencies such as KWSP (EPF), PERKESO (SOCSO), LHDN, HRD Corp, JTK, Immigration Department, and other statutory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on statutory payments and payroll administration or enrollment.
- Experience with SQL Server,ipayroll or similar HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) for managing employee data and generating reports.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and payroll practices.
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
