Job Scope

· Manage a portfolio of products for order replenishment between supplier/factory/principal and Yee Lee branches.

· Ensure market/stock planning accuracy for delivery and order replenishment.

· Analyze supply demand data and forecast trends versus the Trade Marketing-Marketing Plan.

· Perform daily branch ordering requisition and Purchase Order Processing.

· Work with external parties to ensure on-time delivery and follow-up on delivery lead times.

· Plan inventory from branch Purchase Order to supplier/principal.

· Manage inventory levels and support projects and promotions.

· Analyze Sell Out vs. Replenishment Parameters to optimize inventory within KPI targets.

· Support internal branch and external party inquiries.

· Provide reports and information to management.

· Report operational and stock supply issues to the MP Manager.

· Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

· Negotiate best deals with vendors based on quality, lead time, and other factors.

Requirements

· Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage as this task need to communicate with China / overseas clients) and English.

· Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

· Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

· Organizational skills.

· Team player with strong coordination and liaising capabilities.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Minimum education: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.

· No work experience required; experience in ordering/planning or related fields is an advantage.

· Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
