• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, patient service, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in monitoring food temperatures, portion control, and service quality.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain departmental documentation.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Support the implementation of food safety standards, HACCP, and company SOPs.
• Participate in operational audits, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
