Job Scopes :

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting schedules.
• Record, update, and review accounting transactions using accounting software.
• Prepare and assist in Sales & Service Tax (SST) report submission.
• Liaise with clients, external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties on accounting matters.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior and part-time staff.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting engagements while maintaining high-quality work.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as delegated by the superior.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Required language(s): Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, including customers from China.
• 1-2 years of working experience required.
• Experience in MS Office, MS Excel, SQL, Autocount, UBS or any other accounting software.
• Preferably specialized in Accounting/ Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Seri Kembangan.
• Relevant experience would be considered for higher pay or benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
