Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders received via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
• Ensure accurate order entry and timely processing in the system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and customer requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating where necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Customer Service Department.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, or Order Processing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and pay attention to details.
• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
