About the role

IPOH EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE (IE CENTRE SDN BHD) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Perak. As a full-time member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.

What you'll be doing

• At least Diploma in Nursing for the position of Staff Nurse
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, phone enquiries, etc
• To deal with clients in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Assist Doctor during consultations if required
• Dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients
• Perform minor diagnostic tests and set up procedure room as directed by doctor
• Assist surgeon in operating room during procedures.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the manager and doctor
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse or Nurse Assistant qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
