Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure (hardware, software, databases).
• Maintain system security and operation.
• Address IT-related issues and requests.
• Resolve ticketing system issues.
• Research and evaluate new technology.
• Develop and update IT policies.
• Provide technical support to customers and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Preferable someone who have skills / knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, ERP systems, WMS systems, Accounting System – Autocount.
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia
• Prefer candidates with their own transport

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
