Job description:

1. Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status.

2. Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.

3. To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the target plan and schedule.

4. To ensure and practice a proper filing system.

5. To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier.

6. Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery.

7. Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO.
