Mandarin Customer Success Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Mandarin via live chat, email, and online communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist users with account-related questions, service requests, and platform navigation.
• Monitor daily user activities and escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Meet quality standards and response time targets.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Live Chat Support, Customer Support, or Online Service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a stable internet connection and own a personal computer/laptop.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
