1. Lead and manage all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for assigned projects.
2. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents.
3. Evaluate tenders, quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Prepare and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
5. Monitor project costs, cash flow and budget performance.
6. Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.
7. Review and verify subcontractors' progress claims and invoices.
8. Administer contracts in accordance with contract terms and project requirements.
9. Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
10. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
11. Prepare cost reports, financial forecasts and project cost analyses for management.
12. Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all contractual matters.
13. Mentor and provide technical guidance to QS team members.
14. Support project teams in cost control and value engineering initiatives.
15. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
16. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
