Responsibilities:

• Government Tender and Projects:
• Check eperolehan government tender portal and attempt to all possible opportunity
• Check local sarawak government open tender
• List of government contact lead will be given to follow up.
• Sales Strategies:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively.
• Respond to sales inquiries and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Design and execute marketing plans to promote products or services.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with media representatives and sponsors for promotional activities.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Address customer queries and provide solutions aligned with their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Event Participation:
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Explore partnership opportunities and build professional relationships.
• Content Creation:
• Develop marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels.
• Market Analysis:
• Forecast and track market trends to establish competitive pricing.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product development.

** Sales commission + project incentive will be given.

** Full training will be given

** Usual project size is RM100,000 - RM2,000,000. and Commission may reach RM100,000 per project depends on project completion too.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
