SAP FICO Consultant (Offshore)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our offshore project team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete SAP project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules based on business and functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Configure SAP FICO solutions and document configuration rationale.
• Support data migration activities and maintain master data standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely support during implementation and post-production.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules, including SAP MM and SAP SD.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project standards and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
• Experience in SAP Finance and Controlling business processes.
• Hands-on experience in functional specification documentation.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting background is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.
• Experience working with multinational clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
