Position :-
- Inspector of Work (IOW) Architectural (1 position)

Location :-
Tawau Airport, Sabah

Qualification :-
- Minimum 5 years experience in Construction and Architectural detailings
- Diploma in Architecture or other related course (Inspector Of Work
Architect)
- Good knowledge in Architectural materials, finishes and construction detailings
- Proactive and must have the ability to work independently and to interface
with all levels of the organization
- Good technical knowledge (Architectural)
- Knowledge / know how of building construction and able to assess good
construction practice and quality
- Able to communicate effectively with client, authorities and site issues
- Self discipline & mature with good interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD and report writing skill
- Duration Of Work : 20 months
- Commencement date of work : 01 September 2026
- Will team up with a Resident Architect for coordination and reporting
