We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team by managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Foster employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Pay: Up to $155.00 per month
