About the Role

Kick-start your career in retail management through our Trainee Store Manager Programme. This structured development programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience required to become a successful Store Manager.

Throughout the programme, you will receive comprehensive training in store operations, sales management, customer service, people management, and business performance. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to manage one of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer traffic, and improve store profitability.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.
• Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and business opportunities, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit operational and sales reports as required.
