JOB SCOPE:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.

- Conduct customer visits, site visits, and product presentations when required.

- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales effectively.

- Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

- Provide after-sales customer service and coordinate all matters related to site work until project completion.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and warranty or service requests professionally.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, building 1materials, fencing, metal fabrication, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and site inspections when required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
