Amsun Capital Sdn. Bhd. is part of the AME Group of Companies. We specialize in providing machinery for the construction industry, including earthmoving equipment and JCB machines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) using AutoCount system for machinery upkeep and repair works.
- Liaise with Manager and suppliers to complete purchasing processes, including PO, DO, supplier invoices and Goods Received records before submission to Accounts.
- Maintain monthly machinery work order records and match with operator job sheets for payroll submission to HR.
- Update repair and maintenance records based on supplier invoices.
- Maintain monthly diesel expense records using Excel.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- SPM or Diploma in any related field.
Working Location: No 2, Jalan i-Park SAC 1/1, Taman Perindustrian i-Park SAC, 81400 Senai, Johor, Malaysia.
