Role Description

This roles will be hire under our related company - Pembinaan Alam Ajaib Sdn Bhd.

The Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Kinabalu, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

This role coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff, manages work progress, and resolves operational issues to keep the project running smoothly.

The Site Manager monitors compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company procedures, while maintaining accurate site documentation, reports, and records.

The role also involves conducting site meetings, managing resources and materials, liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients, and supporting continuous improvements in site operations and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise daily site operations and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications

 Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and suppliers

 Ensure project progress meets timeline, quality, and safety standards

 Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly

 Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates

Requirements:

 Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

 Minimum 5–10 years of site supervision experience in construction projects

 Strong leadership and site coordination skills

 Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

 Able to manage multiple site activities independently
