About the Role
Elektrisola (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Officer to join our Human Capital & Corporate Affairs team.
This role is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including manpower planning, job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS database and personnel files.
- Administer payroll and ensure timely processing.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and statutory reports.
- Liaise with government agencies including EPF, PERKESO, LHDN and other statutory bodies.
- Support performance appraisal activities with department managers.
- Handle employee relations matters including counselling and grievance handling.
- Assist in disciplinary matters, investigations and domestic inquiries.
- Prepare HR letters including confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment and resignation.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare analysis reports.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver HR-related training and awareness sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws and ESH regulations.
- Perform any other HR duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Management
- or related disciplines
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of:
- Malaysian Employment Act
- Industrial Relations
- Payroll Administration
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Language
