As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior HR Executive to join expanding team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and providing tailored HR advisory and solutions.
  • Support clients in developing and implementing the best practices aligned with current labor laws and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve HR processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall HR frameworks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, HR trends, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, PR, International Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Prior internship experience in a HR consultancy or recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and results-driven.
