Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ESG Senior Manager to lead Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) programs and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with EHS regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities on environmental, safety, and health matters.
- Conduct safety and environmental audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Analyse EHS performance data, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
- Support sustainability initiatives including energy, water, waste reduction, and ESG improvement programs.
- Maintain ISO certifications and support customer ESG requirements (Conflict Minerals, RoHS, REACH, GHG emissions, etc.).
- Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and site leadership.
- Collaborate with regional and global ESG teams on improvement projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental, or Safety-related field.
- Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with 5+ years of experience in EHS/safety management within manufacturing.
- Experience in manufacturing processes such as stamping, moulding, and facility equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, LOTO, and machine guarding controls.
- Experience with ESG platforms such as EcoVadis, CDP, and SBTi is an advantage.
- Willing to travel regionally when required.
Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
