Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Golf Fitness Coach to join our academy team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a distinguished coaching staff and contribute directly to the physical development and performance of our student-athletes across all age groups, with particular focus on teenage development years.

In this role, you will design and deliver bespoke fitness and conditioning programmes that support our golfers' development. You will collaborate closely with our golf coaching team and the Physical Education department, manage performance data using our digital platform, and deliver golf coaching sessions both on-campus and within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualised fitness, strength and conditioning programmes tailored to student-athletes across all age groups
• Manage the physical development of students with particular emphasis on the teenage years, a critical period for athletic development
• Utilise our digital platform to collect, track and analyse performance data for every student, providing evidence-based insights into physical progression
• Collaborate with the golf coaching team to integrate fitness objectives with technical and strategic coaching goals
• Work with the Physical Education department to ensure cohesive athletic development across the academy
• Deliver golf coaching sessions on-site at Epsom College Malaysia and within the local community
• Monitor student wellbeing and adjust programmes based on individual needs and development trajectories
• Maintain detailed records of all training programmes and assessment results
• Analyse athlete performance data to inform programme design decisions
• Develop bespoke fitness and conditioning programmes tailored to each squad and individual athlete based on data insights and coaching team collaboration

Requirements

• Professional or elite amateur golfer with demonstrated high-level playing experience
• Formal qualification in Fitness and Conditioning, Strength and Conditioning, or Sport and Exercise Science
• Strong understanding of biomechanics and sports science principles as applied to golf
• Experience working with young athletes in a structured coaching or academy environment
• Proficiency with digital platforms for performance tracking and data management
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams

We seek a passionate educator who combines technical expertise with genuine commitment to student development. Ideally, you will have experience in international or boarding school environments, familiarity with digital coaching platforms such as CoachNow, and professional credentials recognised within golf coaching organisations.

Training and Support

Full training and onboarding will be provided to familiarise you with our academy systems, digital platforms, and coaching methodologies. You will work closely with our coaching team to develop your understanding of our programme delivery and performance tracking systems.
