KRU Studios Hiring! Full Time Barista in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of drinks.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide menu recommendations when needed.
• Take and process customer orders accurately at the counter or POS system.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints politely and professionally.

3. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, coffee machines, utensils, and seating areas.
• Ensure all items are properly stocked, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and condiments.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

4. Food Handling

• Prepare and serve pastries or light snacks (if applicable).
• Follow food safety standards and ensure freshness of all items served.

5. Teamwork & Support

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations during busy hours.
• Support other team members in tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and customer assistance.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; certification in hospitality or F&B is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in F&B service preferred (training can be provided).
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for coffee culture.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
