The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. This role is ideal for a networking professional with strong expertise in Cisco technologies, enterprise security, and data center networking who enjoys building scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Meraki.
• Plan and execute network deployments, migrations, upgrades, and optimization projects for offices and data centers.
• Design highly available and scalable network architecture to support business operations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco network technologies and enterprise security solutions.
• Manage network performance, capacity planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement network backup, disaster recovery, redundancy, and failover strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable network services.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents and participate in major incident (P1/P2) resolution.
• Maintain network documentation including HLD/LLD, standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate emerging networking technologies and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5* years of experience* in enterprise network architecture or network engineering.
• Proven experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching, LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking , Cisco VPN, Cisco Meraki
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, NTP, RADIUS, TACACS
• Experience with Wireshark and packet analysis, Network monitoring and NetFlow, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Failover solutions, Enterprise & DMZ network architecture
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident and change management processes.
• Experience with network automation or scripting is an advantage.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure networking is a plus.
