The Role

We’re looking for someone to own the operational side of our client experience. In this role, you aren’t just "filing papers", you are the filter that ensures our portfolios stay accurate, our schedules stay tight, and our client commitments are actually met.

You’ll drive the logistics of our client accounts. This means navigating the complexities of claims processing, overseeing account updates, and high-level calendar management. If a client has a need or we have an event, you’re the one ensuring the execution is seamless.

What You’ll Do

• Portfolio Admin: Oversee client accounts, handle claims, and process payments.
• Strategic Scheduling: Manage calendars and follow-ups to ensure no client is left behind.
• Relationship Management: Conduct check-ins to keep client rapport high.
• Event Ops: Support the management and execution of team events.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Local Poly Diploma / A-Levels or above
• Skills: Fluent English and strong interpersonal "people skills."
• Tech: Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Canva.
• Commitment: Min. 3 days a week; 3-month initial contract (convertible).
