Job Purpose

To manage the Company's foreign worker administration, including recruitment coordination, work permit and statutory compliance, hostel management, employee welfare, expatriate matters, and related HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with foreign worker agencies on recruitment, worker replacement, permits, FOMEMA, COM, counselling, repatriation, and related matters.
  • Coordinate quota applications, interviews, onboarding, orientation, welcome bags, and new worker arrivals.
  • Process work permit (PLKS), Employment Pass, dependant pass, contract renewals, contract stamping, bank account opening, and government portal updates.
  • Maintain accurate foreign worker records, including passport, permit, FOMEMA, hostel, and contract expiry information.
  • Manage company hostels, including sourcing, tenancy renewal, JTK certification, utilities, maintenance, repairs, and monthly hostel audits.
  • Coordinate expatriate applications and renewals, including Employment Passes, dependants, domestic helpers, and FOMEMA requirements.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and foreign workers where required.
  • Prepare monthly reports on hostel management, contract renewals, outsourced worker attendance, and foreign worker statistics.
  • Liaise with government authorities, service providers, Finance, Operations, and other departments on foreign worker matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable employment and immigration laws.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferably 2 years' experience in HR, foreign worker administration or immigration matters.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955, immigration procedures and foreign worker management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
