• Assist in carrying out routine laboratory testing for electroplating solutions and chemicals.
• Collect and prepare chemical samples for testing.
• Assist with titration and other basic chemical analysis under supervision.
• Operate and manage salt spray test machines.
• Prepare samples for salt spray testing and monitor the testing process.
• Record test conditions, inspection results, and completion dates accurately.
• Conduct routine testing of wastewater and wastewater treatment chemicals.
• Assist in checking wastewater parameters according to the company’s procedures.
• Maintain proper laboratory records, testing reports, and chemical usage records.
• Ensure laboratory equipment, glassware, and testing areas are kept clean and properly maintained.
• Monitor laboratory chemical stocks and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Follow all chemical handling, safety, environmental, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Assist the assistant factory manager or production team with other quality-control and laboratory-related duties when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Experience:

• in QC, lab, electroplating, chemical handling: 1 year (Preferred)
