Full Time Furnace Operator (Metal) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in TMC METAL (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Seremban - Ricebowl

• Assist the Production H.O.D/Engineer to achieve scheduling requirement to meet 24hours operation, 7 days/week furnace non-stop operation.
• Perform necessary material preparation job as assigned by HOD/Engineer.
• Operate, monitor, and control furnace systems throughout the melting and heating processes, including:
• Adjusting and maintaining temperature settings.
• Monitoring furnace parameters and ensuring stable, safe operation.
• Perform furnace smelting operation such as material/fluxes charge in, slag out, sampling, check temperature, preheating moulds and other related job.
• Recording operating data and reporting abnormalities or deviations to the Production H.O.D.
• Ensuring safe handling of molten materials and strict adherence to thermal and safety guidelines.
• Performing minor troubleshooting and assisting maintenance during shutdowns, cleaning, repairs, or calibrations.
• Complying with all furnace operation SOPs and safety protective equipment requirements.
• Undertake training in multiple processes.
• Report equipment downtime to the Production H.O.D/Engineer
• Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business
• Wear appropriate safety protection at all times and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures.
• Maintain one's own work area to established housekeeping standards.
• Assist in simplification and/or improvements of procedures, techniques or processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in various high-temperature furnace operations or non-ferrous metal smelting
• Have steelmaking experience in steel plants.
• Willing to work under hot working environment
• Willing to work at Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan
• Able to work in shift
