Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Designer to join our dynamic team at Kee Safety. As a BIM Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the structural engineering and design process, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BIM software.

• Proficient in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork, Solidworks, and Inventor.

• CIDB Certification

Skills:

· Able to identify and resolve conflicts or issues in the design process and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.

· Able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and be able to pay close attention to detail.

· Able to adapt to changing project needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work closely with a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, and be able to effectively communicate ideas and information.

· Has strong problem-solving skills

· Has excellent teamwork skills.

· Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create 3D models using BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SolidWorks, and Inventor.

· Use BIM software to generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.

· Identify potential conflicts or issues in the design process and work to resolve them.

· Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed.

· Analyse and interpret building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

· Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

· Prepare Bill of Materials using BIM software.

· Site Visit, coordination with consultants may require.
