Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, outgoing, and relationship-oriented KOL Manager to manage and grow our influencer partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable KOLs, building strong relationships, coordinating collaborations, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring successful execution of influencer marketing activities.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good personality, strong communication skills, and an easy-going nature who enjoys networking and building long-term relationships with creators and partners.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Monday – Friday: Full day
• Saturday: Half day
• Rest Day: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and approach suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators that align with the company's brand and target audience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Communicate with KOLs regarding collaboration opportunities, campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, fees, product exchanges, and promotional arrangements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage KOL promotional campaigns from preparation to completion.
• Provide campaign briefs, product information, and guidelines to ensure content aligns with brand direction.
• Monitor KOL performance, engagement, content quality, and campaign results.
• Coordinate product samples, rewards, incentives, and appreciation programs for KOL partners.
• Maintain KOL databases, records, and collaboration history.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company's influencer network and improve brand exposure.
• Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or partnership management is preferred.
• Experience working with TikTok creators, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or social media influencers is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build good relationships.
• Friendly, approachable, and easy-going personality with a positive attitude.
• Confident in communicating and engaging with different types of people.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to explore new collaboration opportunities.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple KOL collaborations at the same time.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing is preferred.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
