Able to supervise the field operations and workers performance to achieve company's target in terms of production, quality and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and ensure smooth field operations.
- Assist in estate operations during urgent tasks or lack of manpower.
- Monitor and record fertilizer manuring, spraying of chemicals and machineries activities.
- Ensure the plantation is protected from the risk of pests and theft issues.
- Assist in supervising oil palm tree planting, nursery management and field maintenance.
- Prepare necessary materials and equipments for operation needs.
- Motivate and enhance workers performance and efficiency to achieve target.
- Report field activities daily to the office.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in plantation industry.
- Willing to learn and pick up extra knowledge.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good discipline and excellent attendance & punctuality record.
