Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, training, and compliance with employment laws.
• Handle daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Oversee general office administration, including office facilities, procurement, asset management, licences, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate meetings, staff welfare activities, and other administrative support functions.
• Prepare reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure accurate filing of HR, finance, and administrative records.
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, government agencies, and service providers on HR, finance, and administrative matters.
• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in HR, Finance, and Administration.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience handling accounting records.
• Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
