Role Overview

This role combines administrative support and project coordination, designed as a fast-track entry into international project management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for programs
• Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and execution
• Support student communication and program logistics
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and tracking systems
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
• Detail-oriented and proactive
