Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Support tender submission
- Coordinate between site team, QS, suppliers, and client
- Track project progress, material delivery, and site issues
- Prepare project reports, submissions, and handover documents
- Assist in PO issuance and basic procurement coordination
- Support billing progress
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in construction / renovation / fit-out
- Familiar with tender process, BQ, and site coordination
- Strong follow-up, communication, and documentation skills
- Proactive and able to handle multiple projects
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
