Responsibilities
Assistant HR Managers (Manufacturing/Engineering/Construction) - Cheras/Seri Kembangan/Serdang/Kajang/Puchong
Job Description
1. Plan manpower requirements, coordinate recruitment, interview, selection, onboarding and retention of local employees, expatriates and foreign workers and align HR practices with the organization's operational and business goals.
2. Manage employee performance appraisal, career development, succession planning and training programmes to enhance workforce competency.
3. Oversee employee resignations and onboarding processes by ensuring proper handover, exit interviews, statutory compliance, final tax settlements, and maintenance of accurate employment records to facilitate effective workforce management and business continuity.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, and other applicable employment regulations.
5. Oversea employee compensation and benefits, payroll, leave, insurance, medical benefits and statutory contributions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
6. Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, conflict resolution and termination processes.
7. Liaise with government authorities including the Immigration Department, Ministry of Human Resources, Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) and other relevant agencies.
8. Oversea the application, renewal, cancellation and compliance of Employment Passes (EP), foreign workers permit and other immigration-related permits for expatriate employees and foreign workers.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulations governing foreign workers accommodation, welfare and employment conditions.
10. Work together with Management to perform continuous review on the efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems to ensure HR systems, policies and practices serve the company’s objectives, are clearly communicated to all levels, and all employees understand and comply with the guidelines.
11.Manage servers and documentation control for HR department
12. Perform any other human resource and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Qualification & Experience Generally Required
1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to communicate with various stakeholders
3. At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably has working experiences in Manufacturing
4. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, HRIS, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Foreign Worker Management, Learning & Development, IR & ER.
5. Good leadership qualities, sound business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
