JOB SCOPE:

- Conduct quality inspection during fabrication process to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.

- Operate and perform basic setup adjustment for automation machines used in fencing fabrication.

- Develop, create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for fabrication, automation operation and quality control processes.

- Monitor fabrication process to ensure production follows approved work instructions and SOP.

- Develop, create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for fabrication, automation operation and quality control processes.

- Identify product defects and recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare and maintain proper quality records of the documents needed for tracking and improvement.

- Perform final inspection before products are delivered to site or customer.

- Ensure finished products comply with approved specifications.

- Coordination with Sales & Production & Site Team about the quality issues and ensure corrective action is completed.

- Other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related industries.

Experience in fencing industry will be an added advantage.

Required language: English , Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing drawings, and technical specifications.

Good knowledge of dimensional inspection methods and tolerancing and welding inspection and fabrication processes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
