About Us
We are a design & build and interior fit-out company based in Seri Kembangan. We handle commercial, retail, and corporate renovation projects across Malaysia.

The Role
Lead and manage site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor works
• Ensure work quality meets drawings, specs, and client standards
• Monitor project progress and report against programme schedule
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
• Enforce safety compliance on site at all times
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
• Identify site issues and resolve them quickly
• Lead and guide junior site staff

Requirements:

• 2-5 years site supervision experience in interior fit-out or renovation
• Hands-on knowledge of carpentry, M&E, ceiling, partition, and finishing works
• Able to read construction and ID drawings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willing to travel to project sites across Klang Valley and outstation when required
• Own transport required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
