Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build strong relationships with potential clients through various sales channels.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, design preferences, and budget.
• Prepare and present design proposals, quotations , and material recommendations.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to secure projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Interior Designer and project team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site visits and take measurements when required.
• Manage project documentation, payment collection, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in Sales, Interior Design, Kitchen Cabinet or Renovation industry is an advantage.
• Passionate about sales and interior design.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Software Knowledge

• Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Microsoft Office or other design software is an added advantage.
