TECHNICAL ENGINEER

1. Manage the technical operations of assigned vessels.

2. Develop and monitor planned maintenance programs.

3. Coordinate vessel repairs, dry docking, and major overhauls.

4. Ensure compliance with IMO, classification society, Flag State, and Port State requirements.

5. Monitor vessel performance and recommend improvements.

6. Prepare and manage annual technical budgets.

7. Review and approve procurement of spare parts, equipment, and technical services.

8. Investigate technical incidents and implement corrective actions.

9. Liaise with shipyards, contractors, suppliers, and classification societies.

10. Supervise and provide technical guidance to Technical Superintendents and vessel engineers.

11. Ensure all statutory and class certificates remain valid.

12. Support safety, environmental, and quality management initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years in a Technical Engineer role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
- Willing to travel and attend vessels when required.

Range Salary: RM4000 - RM4500

OPERATION EXECUTIVE

1. Coordinate daily operations and job schedules.

2. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

3. Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams.

4. Prepare reports and documentation.

5. Assist in planning and logistics.

6. Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.

Range Salary: RM2500 - RM3000

ELECTRICIAN

1. Installation & Assembly: Installing wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, lighting, and electrical apparatus.

2. Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventative maintenance on motors, generators, pumps, and control systems to prevent breakdowns.

3. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with electrical components using ammeters, voltmeters, and thermal scanners.

4. Technical Compliance: Reading, interpreting, and working from electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

5. Safety Adherence: Adhering to safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, to avoid electrical hazards.

Requirements:
- At least one year working experience in relevant field
- Able to travel
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Applicants must possess own transport and possess driving license (B2 & D)
- Applicants with a Certificated or Diploma or above in Electric or relevant is value added.

Range Salary: RM3000 - RM3500

ADMIN HR

1. Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

3. Administer payroll, attendance, leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory requirements.

4. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.

5. Coordinate employee training and performance evaluations.

6. Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.

7. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.

8. Support HR administration and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered if applicable).
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Range Salary: RM2700 - RM3200

WORKING HOUR:

Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Saturday - 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
