Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are adhered to.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Schedule and allocate task work to meet production requirements
• Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Record production data accurately and maintain production records.
• Provide training, develop, and evaluate production team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and quality
• Report and address safety or quality issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO 13485:2016 standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

• High school, Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production environment.
• Familiar with MS Office, Spreadsheets and Email
• Familiarity with ISO standards preferred and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands, priorities, and technologies
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
