JOB SCOPE

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event platforms to promote the Company's brand and property development projects.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, business opportunities, and support strategic marketing decisions.

- Manage the Company's digital marketing channels, including social media, website content, online advertising, and customer engagement activities to enhance brand awareness.

- Develop, coordinate, and maintain marketing materials, promotional content, presentations, brochures, and advertisements while ensuring compliance with the Company's branding guidelines.

- Generate and monitor marketing leads, prepare campaign performance reports, and collaborate with the Sales team to support customer acquisition and business development initiatives.

- Coordinate exhibitions, property launches, roadshows, corporate events, and promotional activities, working closely with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.

- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI), providing recommendations for continuous improvement and cost optimization.

- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in property development, real estate, or a related industry.

Strong knowledge of marketing campaign management, digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms.

Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
